55+ Flexibility Exercise Classes with Michelle Kano

Join us for the newest virtual program in our series of 55+ activities!

This gentle yet effective class will help you increase your flexibility and mobility. With these Yoga based exercises, you can improve your posture, balance and core strength as well as strengthen your joints and muscles, improve your overall mental clarity and respiratory health.

Michelle is a certified fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition and wellness specialist who has been working in the industry for nearly 15 years.

These virtual classes will run from 9:00 to 9:30 am, Saturday November 6 until December 4. All classes will be conducted in both English and Japanese.
