FAQs
Q: I was previously a member of the JCCC but I have no account on Member365?
A: If you were an active JCCC member from 2024 or later, an account was made on Member365 and you would have received login information. If you did not receive this information, if you did not login or if you don't remember please contact membership@jccc.on.ca. Otherwise please create a new account and our membership team will update this account to match your historical membership number.
Q: I cannot login to Member365 | I forgot my login email or password | I'm locked out of my account
A: Please contact membership@jccc.on.ca and we can resolve your issue.
Q: Does my Family qualify for a Family Membership?
A: Family memberships are intended for a Family unit that all live in one residence. This includes parent(s)/guardian(s) and children/ward(s). The parents/guardians must reside together but there is no further stipulation than that. Any number of children/wards are allowed to be on a Family membership as long at least one of the adults is the legal guardian. Children/wards can be registered from any age up to 17 years old.
Q: Do I need to have children to have a Family membership?
A: No, there is no minimum number of people.
Q: Do we qualify for a Senior Couple membership?
A: Senior Couple memberships are intended for a partner pair of adults that live in the same residence. At least one of the two people on the membership must be 65 years old or older and provide their age when applying for membership. The other partner does not need to at least 65 years of age.
Q: I would like to change my membership type. How do I do this?
A: If you renew in person please mention this to the receptionist and they can help you. If you are renewing online, instead of using the renewal link select the new membership tier you would like on the dashboard after you login to Member365. There are 4 options (Individual, Senior, Family & Senior Couple) pick which one you want to change to and complete registration for this membership. Our membership team will adjust the dates of your changed membership to align with the expiry of your old one. This ensures that you get a full year of membership for each purchase.
Q: My elderly family member(s) are unable to purchase membership but want to continue being JCCC Members. How can I purchase membership for them?
A: If they already have an account and they know their email and password you can login as them and renew/register that way. Alternatively we still take memberships through Mail/In-person as well. If you would like to take control of an elderly family member's Member365 account please contact membership@jccc.on.ca.
Q: Why do I need a secondary (free) membership to take Martial Arts Classes?
A: Since there is a physical component to these classes we require participants to complete waiver forms or have their parent/ guardians do so. Having this secondary membership signifies to staff and instructors that these forms have been completed.
Q: How do I register a minor in my care for a class?
A: They must be included in your Family membership. If their account is already created, make sure to assign the class properly during purchase/registration. If an account is not currently on Member365 it can be created at this step as well. Please contact registration@jccc.on.ca if you have any issues.
Q: I want to register/pay for my child/ward but they are no longer a minor? Can I still do this?
A: We require all members 18+ years old to pay from their own accounts (unless they are partnered to the main account holder in a Family or Senior Couple membership.) The parent/guardian can still pay/register for membership/classes but this must be done through their child/ward's account. Completion of new waiver forms must also be done since the child/ward is no longer a minor, invalidating the old ones. Should you require help with accounts/membership please contact membership@jccc.on.ca. If you need help registering for classes please contact registration@jccc.on.ca.
Q: I would like to buy 2 years of membership. Can I do this?
A: At the moment Member365 does not accommodate multiple year purchases. If you would like to do this it is only possible in person through our reception desk or through mailing to the JCCC and specifying that the cheque enclosed is for 2 years of membership.
Q: I haven't received my membership card yet.
A: Membership cards can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. If you have not received a membership card by then please contact membership@jccc.on.ca
Q: Do I need my membership card?
A: Some JCCC events require a membership card to prove that you are a member. A Membership card is also required for our library. More membership perks are coming soon, keep an eye out!
Q: I would like to cancel my membership.
A: Please contact membership@jccc.on.ca.
If you have any other questions or concerns regarding membership at the JCCC. Please contact membership@jccc.on.ca.
