Mark Hashimoto

Mark Masayuki Hashimoto is the oldest son of the Hashimoto family, which owns and operates Kaiseki Yu-Zen Hashimoto restaurant, and he is their Marketing Manager. Mark works for Air Canada and is a Specialty Sales Manager (Asia). Many have seen him on television also in the OMNI program Wai Wai Wide, a kids show for Disney, and YTV’s “Japanizi: Going, Going, Gong!” He has participated in various community events as MC and continues searching for opportunities to bring together Canadian and Japanese cultures. Mark brings his enthusiasm and insight to connect both cultures to the JCCC Board.
