Ann Ashley

Ann is a retired Specialist Teacher of the Deaf. She taught for the Toronto District School Board in secondary and elementary panels. She also taught general studies with the Jewish School Board. She is well known in the JC community for her involvement on the JCCC Board and is currently Co-Chair of the Momiji Health Care Society Board. She also sits on the Nikkei Voice Board. Ann is part of the management team for the JCCC and leads the Volunteer Committee, as well as participating in other special event committees such as the Keep the Lantern Lit and Sakura Gala. She is the proud grandmother to two beautiful girls, Nami and Yuna.
