FIRST KISS

After fifteen years together, Kanna and her husband Kakeru find their marriage in a slump and are considering divorce. Suddenly Kakeru is killed in an accident. Once Kanna’s initial shock and pain fade she starts to consider the next stage of her life. That is until one day, driving through a tunnel, she is propelled through a time-portal. She is back at the hotel and the event near Mt. Fuji when she first met Kakeru 15 years earlier!

She soon falls in love all over again and wants to engineer a way to save his life. But time travel and the human heart are very complicated; her attempts keep failing and she must keep returning to the past. This critical and popular hit combines comedy, romance and fantasy. By turns hilarious and heart-wrenching, it also proves that Takako Matsu is also a very engaging comedian!
