What's On and What's Not at the JCCC

In light of stricter restrictions that have been announced by the Ontario government, the JCCC would like to provide a summary of activities that are happening for the upcoming few months.

Holiday Hours for JCCC Administration

(Please note JCCC Building remains closed under lock down guidelines)

Fri Dec 25 - Mon Dec 28: CLOSED
Tue Dec 29 - Thu Dec 31: Reception Phone Line Open from 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm
Fri Jan 1: CLOSED

Regular Administration hours resume Jan 4. Please note building will remain closed until further notice.

Cultural Classes and Workshop
  • Japanese Language for Adults – Online group lesson for all levels. Register by January 11. Please see here for details.

Exhibitions

Maru: Immigration Stories – Coming Soon in February 2021

An exhibit curated in-house by the JCCC in collaboration with Nikkei organizations around the world to tell the story of the Japanese diaspora. It will be on display in JCCC’s Moriyama Nikkei Heritage Centre as well as virtually through Google Arts and Culture.
