JCCC Policies
- An active JCCC Membership is required. BECOME A MEMBER TODAY
- Class fees must be paid in full by the registration deadline.
- Please note that all payments are final, and no refund or deferral of fee will be issued.
- Please note that Recreational Classes are for 18+ and each has its own registration time.
Registration
1. Check the class webpage for registration information including:
Registration Opening:
- Priority Registration (2 weeks):
- For returning students from the previous Series
- Cultural Arts and Recreational classes - For returning students from the previous Terms
- General Registration: Open to all for 2 weeks, after the priority period
- Registration Closing: 1 week after the first class or when full
- Pre-requisites: Including minimum age or required introductory classes
- Check your program information carefully, as no refunds will be offered. Any payments made to the JCCC (including membership, class, and workshop fees) are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferable.
2. Check your JCCC Membership status
- After registering for Memberships, log out and log back in to see available class tickets.
3. Register for your class
- Option 1 - From the JCCC website: You can find the Priority and/or General registration on the class-specific page. Priority registration is available for purchase only to those who are eligible.
- Option 2 - From the JCCC portal: You can find the links for both Priority (if eligible) and General registration through the portal under the Events tab, either in calendar view or list view.
